Fowlers stainless steel preserving lids are designed to be used in conjunction with Fowlers rings and clips to preserve fresh produce. The lids are placed on top of the rings and secured with the clips. The lids should appear concave after processing, indicating that a vacuum seal has formed. The lids come in packets of 12 are sized the same way as the rings, 2, 3 & 4.
