Join this exciting workshop by nutritionist Ally Bongard and learn how to make fermented foods to improve both mental and physical health.
In this three-hour hands-on class, Ally will help you to make your own sauerkraut, kefir and kombucha.
We'll provide the raw materials, great recipes and fermented goodies for tasting and you'll get to take home: a fermenting jar complete (with a silicon fermenting lid) full of sauerkraut, maintenance free kefir starter and a set of recipes and workshop notes.
Ally is passionate about helping people take charge of their health and is a registered Nutritionist, has a degree in Health Science and was a trainer with Jamie Oliver's Ministry of Health.
