Fowlers Vacola Simple Natural Preserver

Preserve all your delicious fresh produce with the Fowlers Simple Natural Preserver in just 60 minutes! The maintenance of the correct water temperature is the trickiest part of preserving but this automatically controlled electric unit does it all for you. 

All you need to do is fill your jars with fruit, top them with the liquid of your choice (fruit juice, water, sugar syrup, liqueur) and seal them with the rings, lids and clips. Then, simply, place them in the preserver, fill with cold water and turn it on. After the proccess has finished, remove the jars and allow to cool. A vaccum seal will have now been formed and your preserves can be stored until you are ready to eat them.
