This is a freeze dried Mesophilic (MW3) culture, which contain special strains of Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris and Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis. This culture can be used to make soft creamy cheese like: feta, cottage cheese, cream cheese, quark, and goats feta. Each packet contains 5 sachets; each sachet doses 4 L of milk.
