This is a pack of 5 sachets of freeze dried mixed-strain yoghurt cultures, ideal for making yoghurt and yoghurt cheese. Each sachet doses 1-2 litres of milk. To make yoghurt: simply sprinkle a whole sachet of culture to warmed milk and incubate at 40 degrees for 12 hours. Mad Millie cultures contain 100 million probiotic bacteria cells per gram of yoghurt.
